Castro to be declared dead on 6th July

Theophilus Tagoe (Castro) and Miss Janet Bandu disappeared on 6 July 2014 when they reported having drowned after a jet ski accident in Ada Estuary while on holiday with friends. The jet ski involved in the accident was recovered on the same day of their disappearance but their bodies had not been recovered, despite a search by the police. Little is known of his disappearance. There were speculations that the two (ie. Castro and Janet) had died and their bodies weren't found, but before they can be pronounced dead we have to wait for 7years. July 6th will mark exactly 7years since the tow got lost and we still await the declaration before a funeral right can be performed.
Castro is a popular Ghanaian musician with many hit songs. He was born in Takoradi in the Western Region of Ghana in 1982 to Lydia Tagoe his mother (a trader) and Mr. Cofie his father (an accountant). He received his basic school training in Takoradi at All Saints Anglican Primary School. He started singing at a tender age but made his presence known in 2003 with a song titled "Sradinam". He also did many featuring songs; the most popular was with hip-life group 4x4 titled "Sikletele" and "African Girls" album with Ghana's national football team's captain, Asamoah Gyan. Castro's dream was to retire and become a producer. His dream was to help bring to the limelight talented unknown young artists. He believes that this will develop the young talented artist and groom them for the market by becoming a producer.
