The competition to become kings of Europe heats up later this morning as the draw for the Champions League round-of-16 is completed in Nyon, Switzerland.
All four Premier League teams will be in the hat, having all achieved qualification from the group stage which finished last week.
Manchester United, thanks to Cristiano Ronaldo’s heroics topped a group including Atalanta, Villarreal and Young Boys, whilst City came out on top in one also involving Paris Saint-Germain.
Liverpool, who won the competition in 2019, finished a perfect six out of six from their group stage and are once again one of the favourites to lift Europe’s biggest prize.
Last season’s winners Chelsea remain in the hunt to retain their crown, but could only finish as runners-up.
No English sides can be drawn together but there is still a host of fascinating potential ties, with the likes of Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and PSG all looking strong.
The draw starts from 11am UK time and Mirror Sport will have all the updates as they happen
